Refund Policy

1. Workshops

 

Full Refund (100%): If canceled at least 7 days before the event.

Partial Refund (50%): If canceled between 2 and 6 days before the event.

No Refund: For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event or "no-shows."

 

2. Advising & Sessions

 

Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide 24-hour notice may result in a full charge for the session.

 

3. Consulting Plans

 

Refund policies for large-scale projects are dictated by the individual service contract.

Fees for work already performed are non-refundable once the project milestones have commenced.

 

4. Digital Content

 

Refunds are not available for digital downloads or recorded materials once access has been granted.
