Accessibility adjustments on this site

Alpha Educon is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities.

We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

The Alpha Educon website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard (often due to third-party integrations or legacy content).

2. Accessibility Features

To ensure an inclusive experience, we have implemented several features:

  • Alternative Text: Providing text alternatives for non-text content such as images and icons.

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring the site can be navigated using only a keyboard.

  • Logical Hierarchy: Using clear heading structures (H1, H2, etc.) to help screen reader users understand the page layout.

  • Colour Contrast: Maintaining high contrast ratios between text and backgrounds to improve readability.

3. Feedback & Contact Information

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of the Alpha Educon website.

Please let us know if you encounter accessibility barriers:
