1. Services Provided

 

Alpha Educon provides educational consultancy services, including Workshops, Consulting, and Advising. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Consulting and Project-Based Services

 

While general information and initial bookings are available through the website, all full-scale Consulting Plans and long-term projects require the execution of a separate, formal written contract.

These website terms govern initial inquiries; however, specific deliverables, project timelines, and professional liabilities for comprehensive consulting will be defined in a dedicated service agreement.

In the event of any conflict between these website terms and a signed project contract, the signed contract shall take precedence.

 

3. Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website; including text, graphics, logos, and proprietary workshop materials, is the property of Alpha Educon. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials obtained through our services without express written permission.

 

4. Payment and Fees

 

Billing: Fees for services are outlined at the time of booking or within a specific written proposal.

Payment Terms: Payments must be made in full prior to the start of workshops or advising sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing within a separate contract.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

Workshops: Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a full refund.

 

Consulting/Advising: Cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. For long-term projects, the termination clauses within the separate signed contract will apply.

 

6. Professional Disclaimer

 

The information provided by Alpha Educon is for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as university admissions or specific grades) as results depend on individual effort and external variables.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

Alpha Educon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

 

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Novi Sad, Serbia.
